Why would a next generation Call of Duty, or any next gen games for that matter, would run on last gen engines? It will be a brand new engine, just like Unreal Engine 4, that will be used for for next gen Call of Duty game.

My wish is for a Allan Wake 2 sighting, Lionhead studio MMO RPG, Call of Duty Next Gen Revealing, Mass Effect 4, Ryse, GtAV with exclusive eposodic contents like the previous version, a next gen racers (either Forza 5 or PGR5), Black Tusk new core game, Epic games to reveal Unreal engine 4 with possibly a early look at GOW 4, Rare showing either a next gen Perfect Dark, Killer Instinct, or Cameo, and Microsoft last minute decision to add 8gb of DDR5 ram. That is my wish list for the show.
Looks impressive! The 8gb of DDR5 unified RAM is going to be a game changer and it is definitely a plus on Sony's side. Also, I am digging the new controller as it has improved so much over the DS3. I just might have to get a PS4 after all.

If people are willing and lined up to pay $500 - $700 on a new iPad every year, then a console that has great techs and can last 5-6 years can easily be justify for that price range. The main catch is that games cost $60 and ad in accessories like controllers and etc.. then that is where the majority of the population are hesitant in plunging down that kind of money.

This game will most likely be a launch title for the next xbox as well so I don't think this is really that earth shattering.
All Microsoft needed to do is show the next Call of Duty with exclusive or timed contents like what it did generation, that should be enough for most people.
After suffering through these pages of Sony fans projecting victory,I will patiently await Microsoft's response before making any buying decision. I will only going to buy one console this generation and it will be the next Xbox unless Sony's PS4 is really that much better, which it won't be.
Can we wait for some real announcements from all parties before proclaiming "Microsoft is doomed" or "PS4 is the second coming", and etc.?

Well, Gamestops are closing about 500 stores nationwide so maybe they already know about this restriction to used games from the next 720 and/or PS4.
I hope it is not true and both consoles will allow second hand used games. If Microsoft decides to do it and not Sony, I will change my user name to XDF (Xbox Defense Force) Repellent and support Sony full time and dump Microsoft in a heart beat.

Just because the Kinect games are more well known, have more advertisements, and sold more than Moves titles, Microsoft is referred as going the casual route, and yet it is Sony that are publishing more casual moves titles. People are not aware of them because most of them bombed hard and have little to no advertisement.
